Our Shipping Policy
Free Shipping when you spend over £75
Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order before shipping.
Delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department by sending an email to Foxandfauna@outlook.com
Standard delivery - of £4.99 - Delivered within 3-5 working days.
(Please note larger orders or heavy items means the postage may cost more. Foxandfauna@outlook.com will be on touch with the shipping fee.)
We currently do not offer next day delivery, however if you would like next day then please contact Foxandfauna@outlook.com
Please note Fox and Fauna is only able to ship within the UK at this time. Please contact Foxandfauna@outlook.com if you require delivery out of the UK. We will help anyway possible but shipping rates may vary.
Deliveries made by Evri
You’ll be given a 16-digit tracking number so you can track your parcel. This will be sent via email from Fox and Fauna.
If Evri has already attempted to deliver your parcel, but missed you, you should’ve received a calling card with an 8 digit number printed on it, use this to track your parcel, follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery. Or if you know you wont be in then you can divert your parcel to a neighbour or a safe place. You can also divert to one of Evri's 10,000+ ParcelShops or Lockers
Royal Mail
Orders for Greeting Cards alone will be sent 1st class with Royal mail.
Collection at a market location:
If you would like to collect an online order from one of our markets in Bury St Edmunds or Ely please send an email to Foxandfauna@outlook.com before you place your order, we can give you a code to avoid being charged for delivery. We can then arrange collection from one of these points.
Please have your confirmation email ready for collection.
