Our Shipping Policy 

Free Shipping when you spend over £75 

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order before shipping.

Delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department by sending an email to Customerservice@foxandfauna.uk

Standard delivery - of £4.99 - Delivered within 3-5 working days. 

(Please note larger orders or heavy items means the postage may cost more. customerservice@foxandfauna.uk will be on touch with the shipping fee.)

We currently do not offer next day delivery, however if you would like next day then please contact Customerservice@foxandfauna.uk

Please note Fox and Fauna is only able to ship within the UK at this time. Please contact Customerservice@FoxandFauna.uk if you require delivery out of the UK. We will help anyway possible but shipping rates may vary.

Deliveries made by Evri

You’ll be given a 16-digit tracking number so you can track your parcel. This will be sent via email from Fox and Fauna. 

If Evri has already attempted to deliver your parcel, but missed you, you should’ve received a calling card with an 8 digit number printed on it, use this to track your parcel, follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery. Or if you know you wont be in then you can divert your parcel to a neighbour or a safe place. You can also divert to one of Evri's 10,000+ ParcelShops or Lockers 

Royal Mail 

Orders for Greeting Cards alone will be sent 1st class with Royal mail.

 

Collection:

If you would like to collect your order then please select local pick up at the checkout. The address of pick up location will then be displayed. 

You will receive an email confirming your order and then within 24hr you should receive pickup confirmation with instructions noted.

A third email will then be sent with collection times for you to be able to collect your order and a collection time on Friday or Saturday) other days possible if requested, if the times suggested do not suit you, then Fox and Fauna will try to accommodate you and find a time and date that is suitable. You will be given an hour slot to collect your order between.

If you would like to collect an online order from one of our markets in Bury St Edmunds or Ely please send us an email to Customerservice@foxandfauna.uk and we can arrange collection from one of these points.
