Refund Policy

We hope that you love your purchases but if you're unhappy with your item/s we will refund the item once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt and packaging. postage for returns are at the customers cost. 

Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Please remember it can take 7-10 Working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or Jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).

Late Returns

Returns received after 14 days will be looked into individually, and will be at the discretion of Fox and Fauna. 

Faulty or damaged items 

If you have a faulty or damaged item/s please contact Customerservice@foxandfauna.uk within 3 days and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives and photograph the damaged item and packaging that your order arrived in.

How to return using Evri

To make a return please contact customerservice@foxandfauna.uk and we will book the return in for you. Costs may vary and you will be billed via the original method of payment. You will receive an email from us with your return label attached. Print the return label and attach it to the parcel. 

You can then take the Parcel to your local ParcelShop or Fox and Fauna will arrange a courier to collect the parcel from you home.

Once we have received the item and checked its in its original condition you will receive an email notification to inform you its been returned.

You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note refunds can an take up to 10 days to return to your account. If you have not received your refund within the 10 days then please email us at customerservice@foxandfauna.uk
