Refund Policy

 

Christmas Online Returns 

We know Christmas gifting doesn’t always go to plan — so we’ve extended our returns period to make things easier.

All items purchased for Christmas can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after Christmas Day (until 10th January)To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you need to start a return or have any questions, just get in touch — we’re here to help make your festive season stress-free.

 

Christmas Market Returns:

We know Christmas gifting doesn’t always go to plan — so we’ve extended our returns period to make things easier.

Anything bought for Christmas from November 1st can be returned or exchanged at any of our markets until 17th January. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original condition, and you’ve got your proof of purchase.

Online Returns

We hope you love your purchase!  But if it’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ll happily refund your item once we’ve received it in its original condition, with the original receipt and packaging.

Just let us know within 14 days if you’d like to return it, and then you have another 14 days to send it back.

Postage for returns are at the customers cost. 

Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Please remember it can take 7-10 Working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or Jewellery (due to hygiene reasons).

 

Faulty or damaged items..

If you have a faulty or damaged item/s please contact foxandfauna@outlook.com as soon as possible or within 24 hours and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives and photograph the damaged item and packaging that your order arrived in.

Sometimes your emails can end up in your junk folder — we try to check these every day! If you haven’t heard from us, please use our online chat to sort out your return.

You can then take the Parcel to your local ParcelShop or arrange a courier to collect the parcel from your home.

Once we have received the item and checked its in its original condition you will receive an email notification to inform you its been returned.

You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note refunds can an take up to 10 days to return to your account. If you have not received your refund within the 10 days then please email us at Foxandfauna@outlook.com

 

Returning to one of our market locations?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, with all tags attached, at one of our designated market locations. For hygiene reasons, jewellery is non returnable. 

In-Person Late Returns

We want you to love your purchase! In-store items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside of this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Fox and Fauna. Please note that late returns may not qualify for a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support of our small business.
