Rope Twist Ear Cuff

Designed to fit the helix or conch part of your ear, depending on your ear size, the Twisted Ear Cuff adds to your ear stack without the commitment of an extra. Crafted from hallmarked sterling silver and plated in either rhodium (for a scratch-resistant silver finish) or 18ct gold.

No piercing required. Simply slot it over your cartilage at the top of your ear and move it down to sit securely.
